Special Gratings & Steelwork

Special gratings made to customers specifications can be manufactured in mild steel or stainless steel on request. Here are a few designs we have made for our customers, please contact us if you have a project that requires something special.

 

 

Special cranked grating

Large custom cranked gratings

This grating was designed to protect a 1500mm flap valve fitted to one of our headwalls. The headwall, flap valve, grating and handrail were delivered together to site allowing rapid installation.

Double cranked gating

Double cranked grating

This grating was made in several parts which bolted together to allow assembly on site. The flat sections were fitted with GRP safety mesh and a central access hatch.

Catwalks

We can manufacture galvanised steel catwalks with handrails in custom sizes. Please enquire for more details.

Gratings can be designed with access hatches and ladders, with provision for locking points.
