Finance Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and maintain accuracy of cost of sales, identifying theoretical vs actual variances and updating system data accordingly.
• Perform weekly sales order reviews, ensuring all order lines are complete, supported by accurate BOMs, and properly tracked within Odoo.
• Manage BOM integrity by identifying gaps, coordinating inputs, and maintaining system accuracy across projects.
• Track project progress to ensure timely invoicing, revenue recognition, and alignment with financial timelines.
• Reconcile inventory, orderbooks, and production outputs, supporting the development of automated reconciliation processes.
• Ensure data consistency and integration between Odoo and Sage 200 systems.
• Oversee purchasing workflows, ensuring bespoke items are correctly linked to projects and critical lead times are monitored and reflected in schedules.
• Gather, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and data discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and automated reporting tools for internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and improve data capture processes, ensuring accurate and complete migration into Odoo.
• Provide actionable, data-driven insights to support cost optimisation, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
